What's the process of a window inquiry?
Once we reach out we will discuss your design, theme, budget etc. I will need a clear photo preferably of the outside of the window. I will then draw a digital mockup of the design. if you have a certain budget I will design details based on the budget, if there's not a certain budget I will design based on what I think looks best! After design confirmation we will put you on the books!

Is removal included? We do charge a $25 removal fee only if we are not switching out designs. for example if you rebook for a design switch out we do free removal, but if you don't plan to do a design switch the fee will apply and will be required upon booking the removal.
