Premium banners consist of the whole shebang! These banners can have a high detailed shading, high detailed outlining and accents, etc!

-EVENT DATE (you must order not later than 2 weeks of your event! this will ensure we have enough time to design, paint, and ship out your banner! if you have a 1 week or less notice please purchase our rush fee of $20!)
-INSPO PICTURES: After ordering please message our Facebook page with any inspiration pictures! this is also where we will communicate for any design changes etc!

After purchase, and messaging our business page, we will start the design process! you will receive a digital mockup within 48 hours after purchasing (rush orders will receive theirs  no later than 24 hours). This mockup will show you hoe the banner will look and gives you the chance to add, remove, or change anything before we paint it. After design is comfirmed we will not be able to change anything as the painting process will have already started.

REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS:
Due to limited booking availability there will be no cancellations accepted, unless artist has to cancel due to unavailability.

Due to the customization and time put into each banner there will be no refunds or returns accepted. partial Refunds are ONLY issued if there was a design mistake.

WHAT IF MY BANNER DOESNT MAKE IT TO ME IN TIME?
we will ship out your banner no later than 10 days before your event. all orders are shipped via UPS and usually deliver within 3-4 days! But sometimes packages get delayed, or even lost. As we do not have any control over the package after it leaves our hands we will not be able to refund due to shipping carrier delays. if your package does get lost or damaged we will work together to file a claim with the shipping carrier for you.
