BANNERS ARE MADE TO ORDER!! If you would like a SOLID border please note there is a $10 upcharge for that! This includes checkered, striped, gingham, etc!

Please make sure to order 2-3 weeks in advance of your event date!

Within 24 hours after purchase we will reach out via email and confirm all details. In this discussion we will talk inspos, theme, and all the details! We will complete you a digital mockup of how your design will look. You can change anything and everything in this mockup until it’s absolutely perfect. After mockup confirmation we will not be able to change anything as the designing process will have already started!

Please note: we operate on a event date basis. This means mockup times, and processing times will vary depending on your event date. If someone’s event date is sooner than yours they will be moved ahead, just as if your event is before another’s you will be bumped ahead of them.

We bulk ship orders on Wednesdays. So if you order for the date needed by week of January 24-30th your order will ship no later than January 14th to ensure shipping times.

We do offer free shipping but if you are wanting to upgrade your shipping you will be responsible for those upcharges.

REFUNDS:
Due to these being a custom item we do not accept returns/refunds/exchanges.

We will issue a partial refund only if the mistake is made on our end such as misspelling.

We do understand this situation can get tricky with shipping carries. Whereas we do not refund for shipping delays or shipping damages we do have insurance on all of our packages and will
Work with you to file a claim!

After we drop the packages off it is completely out of our hands. And although we would love to be able to reimburse you, we can’t due to the customization of the item and the time and detail these banners take. We ship no later than 10 days form your date needed by precisely to make sure it get to you in time! We appreciate your understanding on this! ❤️
